Why Do We Ask Your Age Group?
Currently 56% of our members have identified their age group. Why have we begun asking members what age group they are in, if they choose to supply it?
Knowing our members’ age profiles (Millennials, GenXers, Boomers, and Matures) influences the types of programs we support. As we age, our professional needs change. Understanding the ages and needs of our members helps the IAHPC to develop programs that best meet those needs.
This chart shows the breakdown of those members who identified their age group.
