Welcome to the November issue of the IAHPC Newsletter. Education and training get special attention this month with contributions from IAHPC Board member, Dr. Roberto Wenk, on the undergraduate medical curriculum that’s changing students’ attitudes about palliative care in Argentina, and IAHPC Traveling Fellow, David Oliviere, on the intensive training program he designed and delivered for CanSupport in India. Dr. Katherine Pettus presents IAHPC’s recent achievements on the advocacy and policy scene and we glimpse how Barbados and Sri Lanka celebrated this year’s World Hospice and Palliative Care Day. As always, our sincere thanks to everyone for their input and involvement in this issue.
Regards,
