Mapping levels of PC development

The second report mapping levels of palliative care development globally has been published as a special article by the Journal of Pain and Symptom Management [1]. Since the first report in 2006, countries with palliative care delivery increased from 50% to 58%. It's good to have a baseline to show changes over time. However there are still too many countries without palliative care services and too few people accessing palliative care especially in low and middle income countries, but progress is being made.
