How was this meeting/activity helpful to you?

The opportunity to be trained and acquire new knowledge is something that is immersed and constant in our work. The existence of an organization such as this that you provides the possibility of obtaining a scholarship gives you the opportunity to refresh and acquire new knowledge and above all to put them in practice all These things make a person motivates you more, and that is give you the best in your work for yourself, for the institution in which it works and especially for the users, who are our reason for being and the maximum benefit.

How will you new knowledge & acquired skills help in furthering your work in hospice and palliative care in your program/city/ or country?

Continue with the palliative care users who so deserve it and assure good care and relief from pain and other symptoms caused by the disease

How IAHPC Traveling Scholarship be improved in order to help other future traveling scholars?

For the new Traveling Scholarship, take advantage of the opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience with people of other countries. Knowing the experience to have with her, I urge to continue offering it to all kinds of related to palliative care health professional

Narrative summary highlighting the needs and challanges you face

When I as a professional , someone talk to me I have to work in Palliative Care, I ask a question, and what is this? But once working in the Unit and seeing the possibility of personal and professional increase as you will know from the humanitarian program and the great opportunity that entails, every day are learning. I hope day to update my utmost effort in the application of the acquired knowledge in order to better develop our palliative care program.
