Yes, in Indonesia, people are still worried and afraid of using opioids as a pain treatment option, therefore health workers need to provide
massive education regarding policies on the use of opioids and their benefits for patients.

Did you attend a session or workshop on education in palliative care? If applicable, describe how you plan to enact changes to curricula in your academic institution

Yes, I will add the topic of primary palliative care and the importance of palliative care at the community level

I got the research idea to conduct qualitative research on parents of infants with terminal conditions, and I have a plan to
collaborate with a doctor from Japan who has the same interest

Yes, I had a pleasant experience because there were several colleagues from Japan, the Philippines, and Thailand who were
interested in my research and wanted to collaborate on joint research

Thank you IAHPC for the scholarship award it is really helpful and hopefully more number of member could benefit from the scholarship
