IAHPC Travelling scholarship is like a jem and it was helped a lot of nurses to participate many programs in worldwide.so my idia is give more scholarships annually and coordinate with universities to provide more education opperturnities to developing country nurses.

Narrative summary highlighting the needs and challanges you face

In main problems in our country overcome the pain of cancer patients.normally we use opioids like morpine for pain release.unforturnately, many patients were complain about constipation which reduce their activities and comfort.so patients rejects to take morphine because of this matter and health professionals struggling to find proper answer this issue.however,I learned about the drug like targin to solve this matter and I hope to propose about this drug to our management.on the other hand,we are lack of funding to participate education event like this conference and I found many ways for funding opperturnities to introduce my colleagues.palliative care is multidisciplinary approach and we need more trainy personnel. To collaborate and enhance their knowledge too.so however majer barrier and ethical issue is referral system.we not received referrals in correct manner and I discussed several times with my country fellows regarding this matter.so they also experienced this same matter and they impart their idias to overcome this barrier.so finally I learned a lot from this conference and hope to upgrade my country and hospital palliative care in future.
