Paliativos Sin Fronteras /Palliative without Borders is an international health nonlucrative ONG that works for promoting palliative care and pain relief as two human rights for sick people, especially in those countries where they are absent or poor developed. PSF believes that change is possible through the education of professionals and society as helping to develop basic palliative and pain relief units. It has representatives in 20 countries in Latin America and Africa and since 2010 it has promoted the realization of courses and training in Cameroon, Nigeria, Guinea Ecuatorial, Brasil, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela and Nicaragua as the rotation of 35 professionals in palliative care units of Spain, Chile, and Cameroon., four of them are in Paliative Medicine for children and adolescents that has educated to 370 pediatricians,. PSF promote the creation of a web of educational and solidarity hospitals that may shelter professionals of poor and middle resource countries, and has promoted the creation of a service Door to Door in Bikop in 2013 for Palliative care and a palliative care Unit in Yaounde- Cameroonin in April 2014, and another palliative domiciliary service in Haiti. PSF has done many projects of international cooperation with palliative institutions of different countries. PSF is open to accept and work with professionals as cooperants and volunteering, and with other society that may share our ideals to work for Palliative care in poor and low resources countries.
