Description
The U.C.H Hospice and Palliative Care Unit Ibadan, Nigeria was Commissioned on the 19TH July 2007. Our services include: -Provision of Hospital In-Patient Pain and Palliative Care services in collaboration with the Primary Physician. -Twice weekly Home visitation to provide home care and bereavement support. -Weekly adult and forthnightly Peadiatrics Day care fora. -Research and advocacy. These services are provided by Palliative Care trained multidisciplinary staffs through team work.Region
