Mainly the type of users served by the Palliative Care and Pain Relief Unit are oncology patients, terminally ill patients and those suffering from some type of disease that causes chronic pain that leads to prostration and depending on the progress of their diagnosis, these patients can be ambulatory, hospitalized and home patients, where most of them are, which makes the professionals of the unit mobilize daily to provide home care to its users in different parts of the Region of Arica and Parinacota.Region
