Description

The establishment of a comprehensive palliative care center of excellence in the Negev. This must include
* An encompassing home palliative care service with outreach to all the communities in the Negev.
* An inpatient palliative care service with a hospital based consultation services.
* A palliative care day care center.
* An educational center for the medical school, the various residency programs, for the school of nursing and for palliative care teams from abroad. A special emphasis will be placed on the development of connections with neighboring countries.
