Hospice Upper Galilee was established in 1994 by professor Nancy Caroline. Hospice Upper Galilee provides palliative care to the population of the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights. The goal is to provide the highest quality care possible for patients with advanced cancer. The hospice provides free services at the patient's home. The services include relieving disease symptoms and providing support to the patient and his family while improving their quality of life by coping with the many problems associated with life threatening diseasesRegion
