Description
"Transcending Pain, Transforming Lives" Sanjeevan, an initiative by Sri Aurobindo Society in collaboration with Institute of Palliative Medicine (IPM), Kozhikode, Kerala, and HelpAge India, New Delhi. We aim to develop community-based palliative care setup to address the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of those suffering for life-limiting illness in Puducherry and other localities in low and middle-income countries. We provide home-based palliative care services.Region
