AECPAL is a monoprofessional society created in June 2005 within SECPAL and governed by its own statutes.AECPAL endorses the aims and objectives of the SPANISH PALLIATIVE CARE SOCIETY (SECPAL) emphasizing the following: Promote the development of Nursing Care Plans in Palliative Care, training and research, to establish a meeting place for nursing professionals involved in the care of people with life-limiting illnesses, to represent the interests of its members within the framework of the Laws and before the organisms of the Public Health and Educational Administrations or other national or international, public or private bodies or entities.
