The Center of Excellence in Palliative Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center offers medical care focused on providing comfort for seriously ill patients through the relief of symptoms and stress. The mission of our Palliative Medicine program is to prevent and relieve troublesome symptoms while supporting the best possible quality of life for our patients and their families, regardless of the nature or extent of their disease or the need for other therapies. We integrate the emotional and spiritual well being of the patient and family into the management of pain and other physical symptoms of illness.Region
