Zen Caregiving Project, formerly known as Zen Hospice Project, is a non-profit organization based in San Francisco, California with over 30 years of experience in practicing and teaching mindfulness-based, compassionate caregiving. They offer courses, workshops, and training for professional, family, and clinical caregivers. This training shares mindfulness-based approaches to build caregivers' emotional resilience and wellbeing. The organization also trains volunteers in its compassionate and mindfulness-based approach and runs a volunteer program where trained volunteers serve at the bedside on the Palliative care ward of Laguna Honda Hospital, San Francisco.
