The founding of the Chelsea Jewish Hospice and Palliative Care was inspired by the compassionate caregiving of podiatrist Dr. Matthew S. Shwartz. Throughout the end-of-life journey, our hospice team is dedicated to providing compassionate care while helping you or a loved one and family find the support, services and resources you need. Serving the Greater Boston community, we focus on the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of individuals and families.Region
