New Health Foundation is a non-for-profit institution for the observation and optimisation of health,and social care systems and family environment support with the aim of addressing the quality of life of people with advanced diseases, high dependency and at the end-of-life The Foundation focuses on the following specialized areas: - Palliative Care. NEWPALEX Program - Socio-Health Integration and Coordination. OMIS Program - Compassionate Communities. TODOS CONTIGO Program We promote an innovative environment towards the search of novel perspectives in operating protocols, aimed at humanizing the health system and enhancing patient dignity within the integral assistance process.
