Te Omanga Hospice Trust
Description
Te Omanga Hospice provides palliative care through an interdisciplinary team of specialist doctors, nurses, therapists and specially trained volunteers to those living with a life limiting condition in the Hutt Valley. We support the delivery of palliative care in Aged Residential Care, the Hutt Hospital and in conjunction with General Practitioners. Our services are also delivered through Community Home Care, Therapist and Counselling Services and our Inpatient Unit.Region
