Japanese Society for Palliative Medicine

Description
In 1996, we established the Japanese Association for Palliative Medicine in order to establish palliative medicine that covers each specialized field of medicine and welfare. This society aims to improve people's QOL in the whole process of cancer and other difficult diseases, promotes interdisciplinary and academic research to develop palliative medicine, The purpose is to contribute. By acquiring a legal personality based on the Act on the Promotion of Specified Nonprofit Activities, we will further expand our current activities and collaborate with related academic societies, research groups, and other organizations in Japan and overseas to promote the spread of palliative medicine. Aiming to contribute to the development of medical care and welfare.
