Description
The Hospital has developed a new proposal for the care of terminally ill patients with advanced chronic diseases and their families. This accompaniment is divided into outpatient care, through physical consultations at the HGPS and home consultations for those patients who are difficult to transport or have limited mobility, who will receive follow-up care in their homes, and hospital care, for those who need closer follow-up on an ad hoc basis and for a short stay.Region
