Dying At Home Program

Description
A free program established in 1980 available globally, to provide education and support to family caregivers and their personal community of friends and neighbours on how to care in the best way for their dying loved ones at home. The program, through our website offers the 8 Step Program with 24/7 support if needed and free booklets to download to accompany the 8 Step program on the home page. Where Palliative Care services are available in a country, the program works beautifully alongside palliative care services to the home. However we have established (culturally adapted) most beneficially for families with a dying relative or friend in those countries without any services, in some very poor countries like Chin State Myanmar, Timor Leste, in rural villages dealing with HIV/AIDS of South Africa and soon in Gaza Palestine. The deeper ethos of the program is drawing people together and building their capacity which in turn builds a compassionate.community. Do not hesitate to contact me any time to explain more or request information about setting up the program in your country.
