Government Hospital Ministry of Health. With the able hands of Mr. Elijah Musau, the head of palliative care unit at Machakos Level 5 Hospital, the unit officially started operation in April 2011. Machakos Palliative Care Unit (MPCU) was established to provide care for the large South Eastern Kenya region with a population of over 3 million people.Region
