Description | The HonorHealth Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program is designed to train physicians to provide the best possible care for patients with life-limiting illness and their families. We partner with Hospice of the Valley, a large, not-for-profit agency based in Phoenix, Arizona. This one-year program focuses on providing high-quality palliative and hospice care to our community while giving fellows access to academic resources, research opportunities and quality initiatives both within HonorHealth and through Hospice of the Valley’s Palliative Care Consortium. The curriculum’s educational goals are organized around the ACGME’s core competencies. |
