Description | Aimed at existing nursing and health and social care professionals, this course explores best practice in end of life care. Focusing on the importance of multi-agency working, our experienced team aim to share the latest thinking around the support of individuals with progressive or chronic life threatening conditions. This is a Continual Professional Development programme based on one 20 credit module at Level HE6. This programme adopts a blended style of learning and teaching including online delivery and engagement where appropriate. |
