Learning objectives 1 To recognize patients with diseases / suffering and with appropriate tools ( prognostic tools) identify the phase of the disease to provide proportional treatment , centered in the patients values and with focus on symptom control, good communication and multidisciplinary team. Provide best practices in palliative care with multidimensional approach focused on dignity

Learning objectives 3 To manage assertively the most common symptoms that occur in pacientes facing serious disease .
Good practice in the use of opioid and other medications necessary at the end of life and how to combine pharmacological treatment with non pharmacological.
