Description Our specialization program seeks the training of specialists in the advanced treatment of acute and chronic pain, the diagnosis and management of palliative care, with the recognition and management of physical and psychological suffering in patients with non-curative diseases, both oncological and non-oncological. It recognizes the right of the terminal patient to die well and to the self-decision of not therapeutic cruelty, if so desired by the patient and his family, in order to improve the quality of life of the patient.
