Description | The UT Health San Antonio Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Fellowship Program trains healthcare providers to become leaders in the field of hospice and palliative care. We began training palliative physician fellows in 1999 and received ACGME accreditation in 2008 when accreditation for HPM training programs began. Training encompasses the full spectrum of clinical care, from prevention to end-of-life care and on through bereavement care for our patients and their families. |
