Description The Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program at MetroHealth Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University) is an ACGME-accredited one-year program. Our fellowship in hospice and palliative care medicine is conducted in collaboration with the Hospice of the Western Reserve, one of the largest and oldest hospices in Ohio. Hospice of the Western Reserve is the site where fellows are trained at a state-of-the-art inpatient hospice unit and with exceptional home-based hospice teams. Pediatric experience is also part of the curriculum.
