| Description | We invite you to consider joining our DNV-accredited palliative medicine program, optimally based at a HealthGrades top 1% hospital. Under the umbrella of our regional health system, we have comprehensive access to pediatric palliative care, inpatient and outpatient palliative care, and an embedded hospice program. We offer experiences at multiple hospitals and community settings, encompassing a wide range of opportunities in the Rochester, New York Region. Our faculty are highly sought after clinicians, who have trained at some of the most renowned academic programs, and excel at teaching, mentoring and serving as system leaders. Our fellows in turn will participate in the education of other learners, while working as an integral part of a high functioning interdisciplinary team. We take great pride in our strong clinical training program and would be honored to help you succeed in this unique field of medicine. |
