Description | This program conforms to the ACGME guidelines for fellowships in Hospice & Palliative Medicine. The clinical focus is on acquiring skills in providing comprehensive care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in academic tertiary acute care, ambulatory care, and home care settings. Fellows follow patients longitudinally between these settings. The program provides an opportunity to add to the standard fellowship and take courses toward a Masters in Clinical Research or Medical Education. |
