| Description | GCRI is the first and only the institute to start MD Palliative Medicine in Gujarat. GCRI believes that the world class cancer research, state of art therapeutic efforts and intensive and extensive educational efforts regarding prevention, detection, treatment and palliation in the field of cancer will improve the quality of life of all those who suffer from it. The three year curriculum include oncology and non oncology diseases requiring need of palliative care. Starting this degree course will help in strengthen and capacity building in palliative care at Gujarat and at India. Admissions in MD/MS course will be done through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-PG). Candidates must possess recognized degree of M.B.B.S (or its equivalent recognized degree). |
