Learning objectives 1 To reconnect with sources of joy, purpose, spirituality and wholeness.
Learning objectives 2 To
build a strong foundation for resiliency, and
 respond to stressful work environments.
Learning objectives 3 To deepen caregiver knowledge and skills.
Description Authentic Presence training was developed by a team of health and social care professionals to help professional caregivers stay well while meeting the deeper emotional and spiritual needs of dying patients. The training brings together practical contemplative resources with the knowledge and skills of modern hospice and palliative care. It is offered in three modules and allows participants time to practice the methods and integrate their understandings into their work and life. The modules are offered online and in-person throughout the year. The certification process can take one to two years to complete.
