This policy applies to all IAHPC donations.
A donation may be refunded if the refund request is received within 5 days of the date when the donation is processed. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests will be accepted via phone, e-mail or by direct message submitted through the IAHPC website. All refund requests must be made by the member or the credit card holder or account holder from which the funds generated from.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or account used for payment less a $15 service and processing fee.
This Policy will be revised and approved annually by the IAHPC Board of Directors.
