Description
This is an oncology pediatric hospital in Guatemala city. The palliative program attends to children from the beginning of the disease by counselling, facilitating advance directions especially in those whose prognosis changes from curative to palliative because of a bad response to treatment. During this phase we have protocols which help them to have a good quality of life until death. We also follow a short time of grief. We are a multidisciplinary team.Region
