Description
The Japan Home Hospice Association develops standards for home hospice care and strives to maintain a consistent quality of care. Our hope is home hospice care according to that standard. We will provide not only medical care but also nursing and nursing care services through a team so that we can receive sufficient palliative care at home and have meaningful time with family and close friends as much as possible. Continue to provide care for the grief of the remaining family. And make it available to anyone, no matter where they live. The purpose of establishing the Home Hospice Society is to raise the voice of the medical staff as one movement to make such a thing possible.Region
