Victoria Hospice
Description
Victoria Hospice is a registered charity that has provided end-of-life care focused on palliative treatment since 1980. We provide care at our 18-bed Inpatient Unit at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria. In addition to care provided by our interdisciplinary team we provide care in the community through our Palliative Response Team (PRT), a unique 24/7 on-call intervention service, provides short-term crisis consultation and treatment. Bereavement services following the death of a loved one is provided as well. Victoria Hospice palliative care specialist physicians also provide consultations for patients in homes,care facilities and hospitals.
