Mitigare, Palliative Care is an A.C. organization, a non-profit private association under Mexican law, whose aim is to serve all the citizens of San Miguel de Allende, not only in the urban areas, but in the small communities of the area, with trained and sensitive personnel specialized in home care for any patient who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness or state of health and a life expectancy of 6 months or less.
