The Clinic for Palliative Medicine at the RWTH Aachen University Hospital takes care of maintaining and improving the quality of life as well as providing comprehensive care for people with incurable diseases. The focus of the treatment is not the extension of survival time at any price, but the quality of life, i.e. the wishes, goals and the well-being of the patient and their relatives. Our team consists of doctors, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, a music therapist, social workers, pastors and administrative staff.Region
