Hospice of the North Coast

Description
Compact in size yet large of heart, Hospice of the North Coast provides an array of programs and services to the terminally ill, their families and the community. For forty years, our mission has been to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients and families during the end-of-life transition. We are a community-based agency that offers hospice and palliative care services as well as a robust bereavement program. We combine sophisticated clinical responses, pain management modalities and integrated therapies with traditional hospice care and caring that supports body, mind, and spirit. Hospice of the North Coast is dedicated to advancing the hospice and palliative care movement worldwide. We participate in the Global Partners in Care program, supporting the palliative care program and children's wards at Nkhoma Hospital in Malawi. Our team is dedicated to raising awareness, fundraising, and providing technical support and educational exchange alongside our colleagues in Nkhoma.
