The Palliative Care Team aims to ensure the highest possible level of quality of life for families affected by a serious, life-threatening illness. The team acts as consultants for physicians and nursing staff in order to ensure patients the optimal symptom relief, care and nursing. If necessary, the team's nurses are involved in the direct care of the family, by offering conversations with both the patient and the relatives.Region
