Botswana Hospice & Palliative Care Association aims to provide- Advocacy for Appropriate Palliative Care Services.(B)Training & Education of Policy Makers, (C) Service Providers and Promote the development standards in Palliative Care,(D)Improve Quality of Life of Patients & their Families,(E)Advocate for Policies & Regulations to ensure Opiods availability & accessibility. BHPCA was established in January 2013 by individuals from different professional background and was registered as a Non Governmental Association.The Association has 45 Members; Medical Dr's, Social workers, Pharmacists, Trainers, Caregivers, Students and 3 Hospices in Botswana.Region
