Nova Health was established in April 2008, aiming to fill a gap in the market and support palliative patients within the community. Nova Health brings the specialised skills and expertise of palliative care in to your home so that loved ones can stay amongst friends and family, within comfortable, familiar surroundings. All Nova Health palliative nurses and healthcare assistants are trained in palliative care. Regular professional development and training is offered to our staff to ensure continued competency at the highest level.Region
