Bluegrass Hospice Care Center at St. Joseph Hospital
Description
Bluegrass Care Navigators operates a 12-bed inpatient unit located on the fourth floor of St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. There are times when a patient's symptoms cannot be controlled in their residence. The Bluegrass Hospice Care Center may be an option suggested by a patient's physician or hospice team. Every effort is made by the staff at the Care Center to make the patient and family comfortable during their stay. Friends and family are offered expanded visitation hours. Pets are welcome in the facility and family is encouraged to make the room feel like home.Region
