Description
In the welcoming environment of Laguna Honda’s palliative care and end of life program we provide palliative services to patients with chronic and progressive illnesses and end of life services to patients at the end of life. Our program includes long term palliative treatment for patients with chronic progressive conditions who are also undergoing medical interventions. Our care is based on the patient’s own goals and hopes. Our care team includes both professionals and trained volunteers who support patients, family members and friends affected by the illness.Region
