Description
A community based organisation that provides professional and compassionate palliative care to people who are dying and their families on the Sunshine Coast. We honour clients’ individual choices. Our service includes: holistic client-centred care,hospice-at-home program, multidisciplinary teamwork, community participation, hospital/general practitioner/community, services collaboration,bereavement support program, community and professional education in issues of death and dying.
