North Haven Hospice

Description

North Haven Hospice delivers skilled and comprehensive specialist palliative care to help patients to live with dignity and hope while coping with grief and the end of life, as well as support for their families/whanau and carers. We work collaboratively with other local services to develop their understanding of and to help them practice quality palliative care. We are a community resource and there is no charge for our service, which is available to anyone of any age with any life-limiting condition who lives in the Whangarei District or south-east of
