Namaste Home Health + Hospice seeks to provide life changing service to patients and their families. We are passionate about serving those that are seeking recovery through our home health services or are nearing the end of life and receiving care from our hospice professionals. Namaste Hospice utilizes a medically-directed Interdisciplinary Team involving patients, their families, medical professionals and volunteers. We believe that a “family” includes anyone significant to the patient, regardless of blood relation. This means that Namaste will provide bereavement support to all family, not just the immediate family.Region
