In July 2011, Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care transitioned inpatient care to the Pikes Peak Hospice Unit at Penrose Hospital.The Pikes Peak Hospice Unit at Penrose Hospital is licensed and operated by Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care, independent of Penrose-St. Francis Health Services. We Provide: Comprehensive symptom management, Wound and ostomy specialist on staff, Communication with Pikes Peak Hospice palliative providers, patients, families, and patients' primary and consulting physicians, per physician request, Family/caregiver education.Region
