Tenna Hospice Association
Description
The Tenna Hospice Association built a purpose-built dwelling for an intentional community for the last phase of life in the Safien Valley in the Swiss Alps. People from the region and guests will live out their full lives in dignity in familiar surroundings before dying in peace. The concept of a residential community is inspired by local cultural and spiritual values. It will ensure a continuity from assisted living, to nursing, palliative, and spiritual care. By spring 2021, the Association will be offering 6 micro apartments for good care and assistance and for specialized Palliative Care. Active outreach will connect with and support those families wishing to remain in their homes.Region
