Legacy Hospice - Portland
Description
Care for children and patients with a life limiting illness. Providing symptom management, emotional and spiritual care in 7 counties through out the Portland Metro Area. We provide Physicians, RN, Chaplain, bath aides and volunteers visits to support the patient and families/caregivers. We have RN visits 24 hours a day to provide any visits needed for symptom management and support. We also have a large bereavement program for our families for 13 months after patients passing. This can be in a group or privately by our specially trained LCSW. We also have a large volunteer program, Pet Peace of Mind and light housekeeping.Region
